    Compassionate Health Management Partners provides non-medical healthcare navigation and administrative support for seniors and their families. We help organize appointments, coordinate healthcare-related needs, and simplify care management so older adults can maintain independence with less stress.

    Who's Jonathan?

    Hi, I'm Jonathan Felix, Founder and Chief Care Officer of Compassionate Health Management Partners (CHMP). Having worked in healthcare for 15 years doing every job from front desk to claims processor to Medicare Concierge, I know there are gaps in our system that create unnecessary stress for patients, especially seniors. I started CHMP to help alieviate these gaps and ensure that patients and their care teams stay on the same page. I've had the pleasure of helping hundreds of older adults navigate doctor visits, medical appointments, insurance questions, and the everyday challenges of healthcare. My goal is simple: to make life a little easier for seniors and their families. Whether it's scheduling necessary appointments, keeping medical finances organized, communicating with doctors, or simply being a friendly, dependable person to call, I'm here to lend a helping hand, take the stress out of healthcare, and provide a little extra peace of mind!
